Fastrole is a personal job-hunting assistant designed to remove the repetitive, manual work involved in applying for jobs. Instead of asking users to upload a resume and start applying manually, Fastrole structures their career data during onboarding, connects to their mailbox, and installs a browser extension that can automatically fill job applications across platforms. Every application, response, and resume version is then tracked inside a single dashboard.
Job hunting today is manual, repetitive, and emotionally draining. Users rewrite the same resume, fill the same forms, forget where they applied, and lose track of responses across email, LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards.
The real pain is not creating a resume.
The real pain is repeating the same actions across 50+ applications and tracking outcomes across platforms.
So the goal was not to design a resume builder.
The goal was to design an operating system for job hunting.
Fastrole acts as a resume intelligence engine
An auto-application assistant
An inbox response tracker
A single dashboard for the entire job search lifecycle
What this screen communicates:
Users don’t upload resumes → they create structured data
This enables auto-filling applications later
ATS score feedback builds trust early
The system is preparing data for automation, not just display
This is where the reader understands:
“Oh — this product is preparing to apply for jobs automatically.”
